FieldSheet v1.1.0 Released

FieldSheet 1.1.0 combines the efficiency of our mobile app with the power of machine learning and artificial intelligence to provide the fastest way to capture meaningful data in the field for contractors.

Contractors know the power technology can bring to their company, but were frustrated with existing solutions. We spoke with many of our users, and learned that the key to growth was not only capturing meaningful data in the field, but also allowing that data to be searched and organized. After all, what’s the point of thousands of photos and documents if you can’t quickly find what’s in them?

With that insight, we knew that FieldSheet users could harness the power large language vision models offer to identify and extract useful information from the data they upload.

Here’s what you can expect from FieldSheet 1.1.0:

File Identification: Every file uploaded to FieldSheet is automatically identified so searching for it in the future is easier.

Text Extraction: Storing thousands of files named IMG_1930.png and Plans1985-09-21.pdf doesn’t help anyone. FieldSheet 1.1.0 will now automatically extract text found in these files, making their actual purpose clear.

Label Extraction: Why spend 15 minutes manually copying the details from the label of a hot water heater when FieldSheet can do that automatically in seconds with a single photo? With version 1.1.0, equipment can be added with a single picture of the label!
